I assume you have read, “Revenge of the Dragon Lady,” which is book 2, and Class Trip to the Cave of Doom, book 3. If not – check these out first! If you like the fantasy and adventure of these stories, or just like dragons, try these books!-

Knights of the Kitchen Table, by Jon Scieszka.

Joe receives a magic book for his birthday present from his uncle. Joe, Fred and Sam are transported to a time when evil knights, fire-breathing dragons and vile-smelling giants roamed the land. This is supposed to be very similar to The New Kid at School series, with similar illustrations, but even better!

Time Warp Trio. Vol. 1, Nightmare on Joe’s Street, by Scieszka.

During a sleepover, Joe and Sam come face to face with Frankenstein's monster. They take him back to the nineteenth century to drop him off with his creator, Mary Shelley, but their helpfulness may end up changing the history of horror fiction completely. Any book in this series might be a good read for you!

My Father’s Dragon, by Ruth Stiles Gannett.

A compilation of three tales which relate the fantastic adventures of Elmer Elevator and a baby flying dragon named Boris.

The Field Guide: Book 1 of the Spiderwick Chronicles, by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black.

The Bad Beginning, by Lemony Snicket.

After the sudden death of their parents, the three Baudelaire children must depend on each other and their wits when it turns out that the distant relative who is appointed their guardian is determined to use any means necessary to get their fortune. This is an awesome story – one of my favorites - and a great series!
