Friends of the Library Donations
We gladly accept new and gently used materials as space allows.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept:
• Textbooks
• VHS
• Cassettes
• Magazines
• Damaged items
• Computer manuals
• Encyclopedias
Once items are donated, they become property of Central Rappahannock Regional Library. A number of things can happen when items are donated. They could:
- Be added to the collection, but this is not guaranteed.
- Be sold at a Friends of the Library book sale, which benefits the Library.
- Be otherwise handled.
CRRL is unable to follow up on donated items.
For large donations (6 or more bags/boxes)
Email distribution.manager@crrl.org to schedule a drop-off at the Friends of the Library Center and Bookshop.
There is a limit of 10 bags/boxes of donations per week. Please use disposable containers.
Donations accepted during open hours.
Open Monday-Friday, 10-2pm

Visit the Friends of the Library Bookshops in the Branches
All branches (except Spotsylvania Towne Centre) features a wide selection of materials. Shop during all library open hours.
