Obsolete Tech You're Still Using

Technology rules over us. I remember what made me the object of ridicule and bullying in middle school is now thoroughly ingrained in every aspect of modern life. These days, we’ve shed more digital technologies than we can probably remember, but we’re still using quite a few that are past their prime. Best Apps to Zone Out With

I'll admit it: at the end of the workday, I want little more than to sit in front of the TV and do nothing. This is an indulgence I allow myself far more frequently than I should. Of course, no one just watches TV anymore, do they?  Thanks to wifi, laptops, and now smartphones and tablets, our lazy time is much more engaging. Who said technology has to be productive? Tech to Watch from the 2014 CES

The Consumer Electronics Show is an annual showcase for new and emerging technologies for the consumer market. Some technologies are a few months from the market; others are simply concepts. I haven’t paid a lot of attention to CES in the past, given that a lot of what I saw was obviously just hype. This year’s show, however, had some things that piqued my interest.

We're almost half-way through the second decade of the 21st century, a time defined by information technology. The future is here, and it requires a lot of passwords and software upgrades.
