In the summer, the library continues to offer our usual wide variety of children's classes, but we also have some special events and celebrations to further highlight the importance of summer reading.
Power Up! Sciencetellers (Grades K-6)
The Sciencetellers will be presenting a wonderful show, “Power Up!"—all about power and energy at each of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library locations. The show is certain to be fast-paced, energetic, and engaging as the performer scientifically makes things fly, bounce, transform and soar, all while telling stories and with the help of the audience. Who knew storytelling and science could combine to be so much fun? Read more.
Ready, Set, Read! Kickoff (Ages 2-5)
Kick off summer reading with stories, songs, and activities geared to children ages 2-5 with their caregivers.
