This directory connects vulnerable community members, including low-income individuals and those experiencing homelessness, with vital local support services. Here, you’ll find links to resources for housing, food access, healthcare, employment assistance, transportation, legal aid, and more.

The vision of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library is to improve lives through the transformative power of information, learning, and ideas to meet the growing needs of our region. By gathering these essential services in one accessible place, the library works to reduce barriers and ensure all members of our community have the tools they need to thrive.

Clothing Resources

Baby Needs Closet
Located in Fredericksburg inside the St. Faustina Conference of St. Vincent de Paul - food, clothing, etc., to children 24 months and younger.

Clothes For Kids, opens a new window
Clothes for Kids is a free clothing closet through Stafford County Public Schools that provides free clothing in all sizes, ranging from newborn to plus size.

Community Threads, opens a new window
Free clothing “store” is currently open two days a week, Mondays and Thursdays, 10AM- 4PM at William Street.
