CRRL Mobile
Take your library with you everywhere you go! From digital checkout and account management to renewing items and tracking holds, you have full access to our library services right at your fingertips with the CRRL Mobile app.
Getting Started
After downloading the app through the Apple or Google Play store, log in with your 14-digit library card number and PIN number (usually the last 4 digits of your telephone number).
If you don't have a card yet, click the link "I don't have a library card".
If you forgot your PIN, click "For your PIN?" and request a reminder from a library staff member, or, call your library location.
After you've logged in successfully, you're ready to use the app! You can handle your loans under the "My Borrowing" tab in the app.

Digital Checkout
Quick and Easy Checkout
In a hurry? Grab your physical books and check them out to your library account when you have time with the digital checkout feature.
Easy Access Library Barcode
Tapping the card icon on the home screen displays a digital version of your library barcode. You can use this barcode to check out when you are at the library.
Renew All
With a quick push of a button, you can renew all the items you have checked out (as long as they're not requested by someone else!)
Personalized Service
Customize Your Home Screen
The home screen can be customized by setting the items to appear and their order. To do this, click on the Settings gear icon, and then "Customize home screen."
Manage multiple library cards
Multiple library cards can be managed from the "My library card" section of the app. Up to eight cards can be added.
Renew All

Important Content Controls Note
Content controls are not available in the CRRL Mobile App.
The home screen of the mobile app can be customized to show or hide various items such as "New Titles," "Events," or "Staff Lists." New Titles shows an automated stream of new titles for all ages in three popular categories: Books, Audiobooks, and Movies & TV. These titles are not filtered by age, but you can filter the feeds yourself.
