CRRL increases access to library services for residents in rural Spotsylvania County through two satellite locations. The Belmont Satellite Locationopens a new window at the Belmont Community Center, 7124 Belmont Road, Mineralopens a new window, in partnership with the Belmont Club of Women and the Belmont Ruritan Club, is open Mondays from 4:00-7:00. The Partlow Satellite Locationopens a new window at the Partlow Ruritan Club, 3229 Partlow Road, Partlowopens a new window, in partnership with the Partlow Ruritan Club, offers services on Tuesdays, 4:00-7:00. Both locations offer computers, printing, and other library services. To receive items at Partlow and Belmont select "Outreach" as your holds pickup location.
Throughout the year, CRRL staff bring library information and resources to thousands of local residents by attending festivals, expos, and community events. Grow A Reader Outreach is designed to serve preschoolers and the adults who care for and teach them. This program currently visits 17 preschools, 26 childcare facilities, one home childcare, and the Head Start programs in Fredericksburg, Stafford County, and Spotsylvania

Through this service, CRRL visits over a dozen assisted living facilities and senior apartments and the remote Lake Anna area. At the residential facilities, the service brings browsing materials and requested items inside to customers, tailoring our selection and services to these special audiences.
