The Library is pleased to make our meeting rooms available to the public. You can find out more about the number and size of meeting rooms below. Meeting rooms are intended for programs that are free and open to the public.

Fredericksburg Branch: 165-seat theater and two 25-seat rooms.
Howell Branch: 180-seat meeting room that can be partitioned to make two smaller rooms, one meeting room that seats up to 25, theater style, and two smaller rooms that seat up to 8 around a table.
Porter Branch:100-seat meeting room, which can be partitioned to make two smaller rooms for 50, a 20-seat meeting room and a 10-seat meeting room.
Fried Center: Two 4-seat meeting rooms.
Salem Church Branch: 140-seat theater, which can be partitioned to make two rooms, and one medium-size meeting room that can be partitioned to make two small meeting rooms.
Snow Branch: 50-seat and 30-seat meeting rooms.
Cooper: 30-seat meeting room.
Newton: 40-seat meeting room.
