Privacy Pod Guidelines
- Can be reserved 1 day in advance or the day of.
- Can be reserved for up to 4 hours.
- Use is limited to 1 reservation per day per customer. No more than 2 reservations per week.
- Reservations are held for 15 minutes after your scheduled start time.
Privacy Pod Terms and Conditions
- Groups must not exceed maximum occupancy limits in the reserved space.
- Pods must be returned to the setup and the order in which they were found, and must be clean with all trash picked up. Cleaning supplies are available as needed.
- The library should be notified of cancellations as soon as possible so that pods can be made available to other groups.
- Check the library’s website or social media for weather and emergency closings. All reservations scheduled during these closings are canceled.
- Commercial profit-making events and private parties are not permitted. Events where disorder is likely to occur are not allowed.
- The library reserves the right to refuse any group or individual exhibiting disruptive behavior.
- Use of a CRRL privacy pod constitutes an agreement to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions above and if violated could result in denial of pod use.
