    There are no fees charged for overdue materials. Replacement fees are still charged for lost or damaged items.

    Please come in during open hours for your print, copy, scan, and fax needs. Library staff will be happy to help you with these services when you come in. Visit our Ask Us page, opens a new window if you need further assistance.

    Yes! Request one online by completing this form. We’ll send your new barcode to you via email.

    Curbside pickup of holds is available at most CRRL locations. See this post for information on how it works, and this post for information on managing your holds.

    Interlibrary loans can take 3-6 weeks, depending on the availability of the item. For status inquiries, please contact:

    Returns are accepted 24/7 via bookdrops or in branches during open hours. However, Interlibrary Loans must be returned to a staff person. 

    Yes, you may enroll in and order Talking Books, opens a new window for the blind and print disabled from the library at this time, either by requesting cartridges or by using the BARD mobile app. To enroll and receive a Talking Books player, print and fill out this application, opens a new window found here, and either mail the application to Access Services or scan/take digital photos and email them to Access Services Librarian Babak Zarin

    Yes, Books-by-Mail is available to those who cannot physically come to the library due to temporary or permanent health, mobility, transportation, or age-related disability. Visit this page for more information.

    You may return the items in person during library open hours, or do a Special Item Return to Curbside Pickup. To do so, place the item in your trunk and come to Curbside Pickup during open hours. Follow the instructions at Curbside Pickup to text or call to alert staff to your arrival and to let them know you have an item that cannot be returned in the book drop. Then pop your trunk and staff will retrieve the item from your trunk. All other items can be returned to bookdrops 24/7.

    Materials can be returned in person during library open hours, or to branch bookdrops anytime. When placing them in the bookdrop, please separate the books from the bag and drop them in, then fold up the bag and drop it in. If you have a single book from a Book Group in a Bag, you may also return it in person or in the bookdrop and we will make sure it is reunited with its bag.

    Not finding something in the collection? CRRL accepts suggestions of materials to add that were published in the last 2 years. If you have an older title to request, please use Interlibrary Loan.

    eBooks and eAudio suggestions:

    If you would like to recommend a physical item like a book or DVD, you can submit 2 Suggest a Purchase, opens a new window requests per month for materials that were published in the last 2 years. 

    If you would like to suggest an eBook or eAudio title, you can use the Notify Me tags, opens a new window in the Libby app. As a bonus, you can be alerted as soon as your tagged title is purchased!
